下記の時間帯に受付をされた場合は、診療時間内であっても、予約診療であっても「夜間・早朝等加算」(50点)の対象となります。ご了承いただきますようお願いいたします。

診療報酬算定項目のわかる明細書の発行について
当院では患者さんへ診療に関する情報を積極的に提供する観点から原則として個別に診療報酬のわかる明細書を発行しています。
明細書には、使用した薬剤の名前や実施された検査の名称が記載されます。明細書の発行は無料ですが、保険点数は1点が加算されています。
明細書の発行をご希望されない方は受付スタッフまでお申し出ください。
