Contraceptive options
Combining emergency contraception and planned contraception is the way to go
If you had unprotected intercourse, please consult us immediately. If you take emergency contraceptives (morning after pill) within 72 hours (the sooner the better), there is a high chance of preventing unintended pregnancy. In Japan, after pill is only available through prescription.
The price of emergency contraception pill at our hospital is 6,500 yen (tax included).
